Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist ( Bangalore ) to manage client relationships and support new business development.

  • 70% Customer Success | 30% Business Growth
  • You’ll be Studium’s key representative in Bangalore , working directly with top colleges and universities.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-driven, and excited about shaping the future of higher education.

Key Responsibilities 🎯Customer Success

  • Act as the primary contact for all active clients in Bangalore
  • Conduct regular college visits to support adoption and implementation of Studium tools
  • Help institutions interpret accreditation insights and use our apps (e.g., NIRF Analysis, Alumni Tracking, Smart OBE)
  • Train faculty and administrators on product usage
  • Ensure client satisfaction, timely resolution, and strategic follow-up
  • 🚀 Business Development

  • Support outreach to new institutions in the region
  • Participate in early-stage meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Represent Studium at academic events and networking forums
  • 📘 Domain Enablement

  • Understand accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AACSB)
  • Position Studium as a trusted domain expert, not just a software provider
  • Share client feedback with internal teams for product improvements
  • 📍 Coordination & Training

  • Report regional activities and insights to HQ
  • Attend one-time training and onboarding at Studium HQ in Pune
  • Role is fully based in Bangalore with client-site travel as required
  • Ideal Candidate Profile 👤

  • Master’s degree preferred (Education, Management, Policy, or related areas)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Street-smart, proactive, and quick learner
  • Experience in client management, EdTech, SaaS, or higher education is a plus
  • Must be based in Bangalore and willing to travel frequently within the region
