Job description1.5+ years of experience in working on Nice InContact Cloud solution, in Depth Knowledge in In-Contact cloud solutions. 2.Knowledge of designing and development of strategies & IVR coding through In-Contact Studio, BAU support, knowledge in Java for IVR call flow coding and migration. 3.Ability to work on creating and writing APIs and good knowledge in writing SQL Scripts 5.Design and Development of IVR call flow using NICE In-Contact, Knowledge of designing and development of strategies & IVR coding through In-Contact Studio, BAU support knowledge in Java for IVR call flow coding and migration, Ability to work on creating and writing APIs Good knowledge in writing SQL Scripts.
