Noww - Senior PHP Developer - Wordpress

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
• Perform website migrations from platforms like Drupal, Sitefinity, or custom CMS to WordPress.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging.
• Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and project Skills :
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, API).
• Strong command over PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience in migrating websites from other CMS platforms to WordPress.
• Proficiency in REST API integration and third-party plugin customization.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (Preferred) Skills :
• Experience working with Angular for front-end components.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with security hardening and performance optimization.
• Worked in Agile / Scrum project environments.
