Inbox Architect (Mid–Senior Email & Retention Marketer)

You understand that retention isn’t about inboxes; it’s about loyalty, relevance, and timing . You know how to connect data with emotion, flows with storytelling, and performance with empathy.

At Porcellia , we partner with luxury and lifestyle disruptors who care about long-term brand love. We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Retention Marketer who can own lifecycle strategy end-to-end—someone who can make flows sing and metrics move.

What You’ll Do

Build and optimize high-performing email & WhatsApp automations (welcome, win-back, replenishment, loyalty, post-purchase).

Design customer retention strategies that drive repeat purchases and LTV.

Segment, personalize, and test relentlessly—turning patterns into performance.

Analyze campaign data (CTR, revenue, AOV, LTV) and draw actionable insights.

Collaborate closely with creative, design, and growth teams to bring customer journeys to life.

Mentor junior teammates and help evolve retention best practices across brands.

What You’ll NeedExperience : 2–5+ years in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing (D2C or agency).

Tools : Proficiency in Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp (we’ll teach you the rest).

Mindset : Analytical yet empathetic—you understand people, not just pixels.

Bonus points if you’ve built automated lifecycle systems from scratch, or improved retention metrics significantly.

You’re not comfortable working with data, segmentation, or A / B testing.

You prefer templates over strategy.

Setup Role : Full-time (Mid to Senior)

Experience : 2–5+ years

Pay Range : ₹6-8 LPA (depending on skill and ownership)

Location : 100% Remote
