💰 Stipend : ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 / month

🤝 Discover, connect, and collaborate with influencers across niches

💡 Plan & execute influencer barter campaigns for multiple brands

📊 Maintain influencer databases and track deliverables

📅 Coordinate posting schedules & campaign timelines

🎥 Brainstorm creative collaboration ideas that go viral

🧠 Use AI tools to enhance research, campaign planning, and idea generation

📈 Analyze results & optimize future campaigns based on performance

📌 What We’re Looking For :

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

💬 Excellent communication & negotiation skills

🤳 Passion for influencer culture, trends, and social media platforms

📱 Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube & short-form content

🤖 Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic Studio, OpusClip, or similar for research, content ideas & productivity

💻 Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for campaign tracking

📍 100% availability for an on-site role
