Job description

Position : OpenText AppWorks Developer

Location : Jaipur or Remote

Experience : 3-8 years

Job Description :

  • Design, develop, and maintain business applications using  OpenText AppWorks  platform.
  • Build and optimize case management solutions, workflows, and forms.
  • Integrate AppWorks with external systems such as ERP, CRM, DMS, etc., using REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
  • Document solution architecture, technical specifications, and release notes.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Candidate Skills :

  • 5+ years of experience in developing solutions on OpenText AppWorks (previously known as Process Suite / Cordys).
  • Strong understanding of BPM concepts, case management, and event-driven architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AppWorks Designer, Entity Modeling, Business Rules, and Form Builder.
  • Expertise in UI development using latest front-end frameworks / technologies such as HTML 5, Angular, React etc.
  • Proficient in integration technologies : REST / SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and web services.
  • Familiarity with database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
  • Candidate should be willing to travel / relocate to other locations
  • Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • OpenText AppWorks certification (if available).
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker / Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of OpenText Content Server or any other OpenText products is a plus

    • Educational Qualification : B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Any Specialization
