Brainware University invites applications for the position of Director – IQAC , a pivotal role in strengthening institutional quality frameworks, benchmarking, and compliance with NAAC, NIRF, UGC, and global standards.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Lead institutional quality assurance, accreditation, and audit processes (NAAC, NIRF, etc).
• Drive Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and ensure alignment with NEP-2020 guidelines.
• Oversee preparation of SSR, AQAR , and other accreditation reports.
• Establish a Quality Data Repository (QDR) and ensure data-driven governance.
• Conduct Academic & Administrative Audits (AAA) and monitor performance metrics.
• Facilitate Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and capacity-building initiatives.
• Lead institutional ranking and benchmarking efforts with NIRF, ARIIA, QS, etc.
• Promote continuous improvement through structured feedback and review systems .
