Key Responsibilities :

  • Participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions (CC&B, C2M, MDM, or CCS).
  • Configure and support business processes across electric, gas, or water utilities.
  • Provide functional expertise in key areas such as :

1. Billing and Rates Configuration

2. Payments, Credit & Collections

3. Meter Data Acquisition and Validation

4. VEE (Validation, Estimation & Editing) Groups / Rules

5. Usage Measurement, Aggregation, and Calculations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of solution design with business requirements and industry best practices.

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Utilities products (CC&B, C2M, MDM, CCS).
  • In-depth understanding of utility domain processes (Electricity, Gas, Water).
  • Hands-on experience with configuration and implementation of Billing, Rates, and Payment modules.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
