Job Title : SAP APO Supply Planning Functional Consultant (ECC, MRP, S / 4HANA, SIT test scripts. )

Job Location : 100% remote

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional with strong expertise in APO Supply Planning to join our team.

This role will focus on supporting and optimizing supply planning processes within SAP , ensuring seamless integration with ECC and alignment with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will combine technical SAP knowledge with strong analytical and communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure, maintain, and optimize S AP APO Supply Planning functionalities, including planning books, heuristics, and optimizer settings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate master data setup and integration between APO and ECC.

Support Material Requirements Planning ( MRP ) processes and troubleshoot planning-related issues.

Work closely with SAP Security teams to design, test, and remediate roles and authorization objects.

Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT ) scripts to validate solutions and ensure compliance with business requirements.

Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to business users and technical teams.

Analyze complex supply chain challenges and propose system-based solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience : 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP with a focus on APO Supply Planning.

Technical Knowledge :

Strong understanding of APO functionalities (master data, planning books, heuristics, optimizer).

Basic understanding of SAP ECC planning processes, including MRP and master data management.

Familiarity with SAP role architecture, authorization objects, and user access management.

Testing & Security :

Experience collaborating with SAP Security teams on role design and remediation.

Hands-on experience creating and executing SIT test scripts.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Exposure to integration between APO and other SAP modules (e.G., PP, MM).

Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting in APO.

Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts and best practices.

Familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA or transition projects is a plus.
