Core Responsibilities
Drive a 10% customer walk-in rate per month leveragingleads across Plyneer s locations.
Engage with customers at Head Office Warehouse and IBO outlets ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Educate walk-in customers about Plyneer s products (Plywood Laminates MDF Veneers) and assist in identifying the right solutions.
Capture and update customer details inquiries and interactions in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth conversion of walk-ins into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Work closely with the marketing team to drive targeted campaigns that boost walk-ins.

Monthly Target : Achieve a 10% customer walk-in rate per month (based on city / outlet lead allocation) to qualify for the base salary.
Incentive : 0.25% commission on every walk-in converted into a sale.

Candidate Requirements
Education : Minimum Bachelor s Degree (any discipline).
Experience : 0 2 years in Customer Relationship / Sales / Marketing (Freshers welcome).
Flexibility : Willing to work across multiple outlets and interact with diverse customer profiles.
