About the Opportunity :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and optimize scalable backend and microservices systems powering our next-generation Generative AI platform. You'll work across distributed systems, real-time data pipelines, and high-performance APIs collaborating with world-class engineers and AI researchers to bring complex ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and build performant, resilient backend services and APIs
Optimize systems for low latency, scalability, and fault tolerance
Work on real-time data processing and distributed systems
Collaborate with DevOps and data teams to deploy, monitor, and scale AI workloads
Write clean, maintainable code and ensure strong test coverage
Contribute to system architecture and participate in design reviews
Drive automation and CI / CD improvements for rapid releases

Required Qualifications :

5-8 years of software development experience with large-scale distributed systems

B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field

Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Java

Hands-on with microservices, stream processing, and REST / gRPC APIs

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)

Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns

Exposure to monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
