Role : Regional Operations Manager
Experience required : 7 to 10 years
Location : - Trichy ,Latur and Patna
Must Have Skills : -
- Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis
- Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Region
- Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators
- Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members
- Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
- Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front.
- Exposure in crowd management.
- Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.
