Role Overview

As a Senior Backend Engineer , you will design and develop Java-based frameworks, data connectors, and SQL-driven integration layers . You’ll collaborate with global teams to build scalable backend services and mentor junior developers in best practices for performance, data consistency, and cloud-native design.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize backend components using Core Java, Spring Boot, and SQL .
• Work on database connectivity , schema design, and query optimization.
• Collaborate with architects on data connector and integration frameworks .
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security in all deliverables.
• Contribute to technical design, reviews, and mentoring of junior developers.
