Position : Planning and Billing Engineer

Shift : Night Shift (Canadian Time Zone)

Role Description

Cira Homes is looking for a full-time Planning and Billing Engineer to join our team in Pune. This role involves working on Canada-based building projects , with responsibilities that include preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) , conducting rate analysis , performing quantity surveying , and supporting project planning and billing activities.

You will be responsible for :

Preparing, reviewing, and managing BOQs for various projects
Performing quantity take-offs and rate analysis
Supporting project planning , tracking progress, and coordinating with the project team
Managing and updating billing systems and project-related documentation
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of client and contractor billing
Providing analytical support for project cost control and forecasting

This is an on-site role in Pune , aligned with the Canadian time zone (night shift) .

Qualifications

Experience in Quantity Surveying and Rate Analysis

Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Strong analytical skills and numerical ability

Knowledge of billing systems and project documentation

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working in night shift (Canadian time zone)
