About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Lead QA Engineer to drive the quality assurance strategy and execution for major products or multiple concurrent projects at Sureify. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on automation experience, and strong people management skills to lead multiple QA teams. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of QA delivery, ensure optimal resource utilization, and champion the adoption of advanced test automation frameworks, CI / CD practices, and quality standards across the organization.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software application or product testing
• 5+ years of hands-on test automation experience using Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent tools
