We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

About the role

As the Lead Nurse at our Psychiatry Center, you will assume a vital role in the development and implementation of educational programs for the nursing staff, fostering their professional growth and promoting high-quality patient care. This role combines leadership in clinical nursing and education to ensure that the nursing team possesses the knowledge, skills, and competence necessary to provide top-tier care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Educational Program Development :

• Develop, implement, and update nursing education programs and curricula specific to psychiatric nursing.
• Stay abreast of best practices, evidence-based nursing, and educational strategies
