About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior SAP SD / CS Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SD, with a strong background in SAP CS (Customer Service). You will be responsible for leading and executing tasks related to our SAP systems, focusing on complex billing processes, Adobe Forms, and the intricacies of equipment and service contracts. This is a full-time, remote position, and you must be available to work during UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP SD / CS Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert for both SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules.
- Billing and Forms : Design, configure, and implement complex billing processes and Adobe Forms.
- Equipment Management : Manage and maintain Equipment Master, Serial Numbers, Functional Locations (higher and lower levels), and Equipment Hierarchy.
- Service Contracts : Configure and manage service contracts and warranty processes within SAP.
- I-Base : Utilize and manage the installed base (I-Base) to support service processes.
- Project Management : Apply Project Management Office (PMO) skills to manage and deliver project tasks effectively.
- Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide solutions within the SAP environment.
- Support : Provide expert-level support for existing SAP SD / CS functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience : 10-12 years of overall experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with 7-10 years specifically in SAP SD.SAP CS : Must have significant working experience with the SAP CS module.Technical Skills : Proven expertise in complex billing and Adobe Forms.Functional Knowledge : Strong understanding and hands-on experience with :1.
