Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end product design from user research, ideation, and wireframing to high-fidelity design, prototyping, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business goals, and design solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Apply UX frameworks and methodologies to craft user-centric experiences that are both functional and visually compelling.
• Translate complex processes and technical workflows into intuitive and elegant user :
• 8-10 years of experience in UI-UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX frameworks and responsive design.
• Experience in leading end-to-end design processes.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple user experiences.
• Knowledge of accessibility and design system best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools for design.
