Job description

Job Title : Oracle Fusion Trainer

Location : 100% Remote (India)

Contract : 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension to 24 Months)

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Trainer to deliver effective remote training sessions focused on HCM and Payroll modules. The role involves preparing training environments, developing materials, and ensuring participants gain a practical, hands-on understanding of Oracle Fusion functionality.

Essential Experience :

  • Strong understanding of the HCM and Payroll modules within Oracle Fusion.
  • Proven experience delivering remote training via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing Oracle Fusion environments, including user setup and data configuration for training.
  • Prior involvement in Oracle Fusion implementations.

Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in virtual environments.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Skilled in developing training materials and exercises.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Confident, adaptable, and learner-focused approach.
