Job description

Working knowledge of IBM REXX language

Control-M

IBM File Manager skills with maps / templates on ancient data formats / CRL's

Experience with IBM File comparison utilities

Knowledge of standard IBM Utilities and Rational CLM (i.e. compare utilities, Rational Quality Manager (RQM), Rational Team Concert (RTC), etc.)

Knowledge of industry-standard Performance tools

Knowledge of current IRS tax administration software applications and Master File processing is a significant plus

Knowledge of Individual Tax Processing Engine (ITPE) processing

Knowledge of Individual Master File (IMF) transactions and processes

Knowledge of Modernizing and reengineering IMF with object-oriented modular applications using modern programming languages and tools
