Role Description

The Founder's Office role at Invogue Shop is a full-time, on-site position located in South Delhi. The role involves working directly with the founder to manage strategic initiatives, coordinate projects across teams, and provide insights to improve business operations. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with decision-making, conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and contributing to the brand's overall growth strategies. This role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and brand initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects across marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Research and analyze data to support decision-making and business planning.
• Ensure projects, campaigns, and deliverables are on track — acting as the execution backbone.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for management discussions.
• Identify process gaps and help build scalable systems for growth.
• Handle confidential business information with discretion and reliability.
