Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically sound Setup and Fit-out Manager to lead the setup and furnishing of serviced-apartment projects across multiple cities.

This role requires hands-on fit-out coordination, site supervision, and setup execution , ensuring each property achieves full handover readiness — from structural checks to interior setup and finishing standards.

Projects include :

• Long-Stay Apartments – Individual serviced units in metro cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai (handled with local team support).
• Short-Stay / Hotel-Style Projects – Large properties with multiple serviced apartments operated by Relomi, where the Manager will travel and stay on-site until project completion.

The position is based at Relomi HQ – Powai, Mumbai , with travel as required to various project locations.
