Design Engineer 1 – Piping & pipe Supports

• 5 - 15 years of experience.
• Offshore Oil and Gas, FPSO experience is preferred.
• Good Knowledge of selection of supports from Support Standard.
• E3D / MDS modelling of supports.
• Design and extraction of Special Supports
• Understanding of Stress critical support requirements
• Experience in common supporting of pipes and cable trays
• E3D / PDMS / DRAFT / Navis / AutoCAD experience is essential.
• Knowledge of piping design concepts
• E3D modelling of piping.
• Piping check with respect to P&IDs
• Data consistency & clash checking before extraction of isometrics.

1. Piping Support Checker (3 Nos)

Experience : 8–15 years | Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities : Check and validate piping support drawings, 3D models, and MTOs in E3D. Ensure compliance with offshore codes (ASME, API, DNV) and project specs. Coordinate with piping design, stress, and structural teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements : - Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering. Strong background in piping support checking for offshore projects. Proficiency in AVEVA E3D.

2. Isometric Checker (3 Nos)

Experience : 8–15 years | Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities : Review piping isometric drawings from E3D for accuracy and completeness. Cross-check with P&IDs, GA drawings, and 3D models. Verify BOM, dimensions, welds, and supports.

Requirements : - Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering. Proven offshore isometric checking experience. Proficiency in AVEVA E3D.

3. Isometric Originator (2 Nos)

Experience : -5 to 8 years | Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities : Generate piping isometrics from E3D models as per project standards. Ensure correct dimensions, materials, and support locations. Coordinate with designers and engineers for clarifications.

Requirements : Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering. Offshore isometric generation experience. Proficiency in AVEVA E3D.

4. Piping Support Designer (4 Nos)

Experience : 5 to 8 years | Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities : Model and detail pipe supports in E3D. Select support types and materials per offshore codes. Produce fabrication drawings and BOMs.

Requirements : Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering. Offshor e piping support design experience. Proficiency in AVEVA E3D.
