Job descriptionFuture-Proof Skills : Learn to edit for one of the world's most advanced AI platforms. Remote Flexibility : This is a fully remote, independent contractor role. Performance-Based Pay : Pay is based on the audio hours you complete, with active editors earning around INR 37,000 a month . Top performers also get monthly bonuses. The Skills Challenge : An online test of your financial knowledge and editing skills. Paid Orientation : If you pass, you're invited to a paid, hands-on orientation to work on real tasks. You have flawless written English and strong financial knowledge. You are obsessed with detail , especially with numbers. You can handle highly confidential information. You have stable, high-speed internet (a 20 Mbps upload speed is essential). You have a private, quiet workspace and good headphones.
What You'll Do
You are the expert human verifier for an advanced AI. You will not transcribe from scratch. Your job is to take AI-generated financial transcripts and make them 100% accurate.
- Edit & Correct : Fix errors in financial terms, numbers, and speakers.
- Verify Audio : Meticulously check the text against the audio to ensure 99%+ accuracy.
- Train the AI : Your corrections directly train the AI platform, helping it improve.
- Handle Secure Data : Uphold style guides and maintain strict confidentiality.
