As a Solution Architect, you will design and implement scalable, high-performing eCommerce and digital marketplace solutions for global clients. This role allows you to engage directly with enterprise stakeholders, provide thought leadership, and mentor engineering teams. You will leverage deep expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, and modern web technologies to create innovative architectures that drive business growth. Working closely with delivery managers and cross-functional teams, you will influence technical strategy and ensure successful end-to-end project delivery. Accountabilities

• Architect, design, and implement complex digital commerce and marketplace solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead technical teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on proposals, project scoping, cost estimation, and technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions are developed, tested, and delivered to meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
• Strategize with clients on innovative technologies, integrations, and scalable solutions to address business needs.
• Support team growth by driving certifications, skill diversification, and adoption of best practices.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and performance reviews of technical staff as needed.
