Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior AI Voice Calling Agent Expert / Voice AI Engineer who can join our founding team and lead the development of our core AI voice calling product from day one .

You should be someone who lives and breathes conversational AI, voice tech, and intelligent agent design — and can turn raw ideas into production-grade systems without step-by-step training.

You’ll work directly with the founders to build, optimize, and scale Nyra’s HCS voice intelligence framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI Voice Calling Agents capable of natural human-like conversations.
• Integrate TTS / STT engines (e.g., ElevenLabs, Azure, OpenAI, Whisper, Speechmatics, etc.) for high-fidelity voice experiences.
• Build and fine-tune LLM-driven conversational logic (GPT-based or custom) for adaptive, context-aware responses.
• Create and optimize conversation flows for appointment booking, reminders, feedback, and predictive calls.
• Implement API integrations with HMS, CRM, or other backend systems.
• Collaborate on developing the Nyra Integration SDK for plug-and-play hospital deployment.
• Continuously improve agent performance through data feedback and iterative tuning.
