Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Manager located in South Delhi. In this role, you will oversee customer interactions, ensure a seamless shopping experience, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, managing feedback, analyzing customer experience metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
