About the Role
We are looking for a Global IT Projects Sourcing Partner who can identify, source, and bring new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities to IM24x7 Delta Solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals who have strong connections in the IT industry, understand global technology trends, and have the ability to convert leads into successful engagements.
You will work closely with our leadership team to bring projects across Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI / ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, IT Outsourcing, and Staff Augmentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Sourcing
- Identify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets (UAE, India, KSA, Europe, US).
- Source new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.
- Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.
2. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Build relationships with decision-makers : CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch IM24x7 services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.3. Proposal & Bidding Support
Coordinate RFP / RFQ submission with the internal team.Provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team.Support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.4. Pipeline & Account Ownership
Own the opportunities you bring until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.5. Market Research & Expansion
Track industry trends and new technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand IM24x7 service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Required Skills & Experience
Strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.Experience working with global markets (UAE / KSA preferred).What We Offer
