Role Summary We are looking for a motivated  HR Executive  with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in  recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee engagement . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, seamless onboarding of new employees, monthly payroll coordination, and driving employee satisfaction initiatives at our Bengaluru office.

Key Responsibilities Manage  end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.

Maintain recruitment trackers and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning.

Conduct smooth and structured  onboarding & induction  for new joiners.

Administer  attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination  in alignment with statutory compliance.

Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRMIS databases.

Support  employee engagement initiatives  to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate performance review processes and assist in HR reporting.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.

Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and benefits.

Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in  Human Resources, Business Administration , or related discipline.

2–4 years  of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration.

Working knowledge of  HRMS / payroll software  and MS Excel.

Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in  English, Hindi, and Kannada .

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Preferred Experience Prior experience in a  manufacturing or technology environment  (preferably Peenya or industrial area).

Exposure to  HR operations and employee welfare programs .

Ability to manage vendor coordination for recruitment and compliance services.
