Backend Engineer - Real-Time Communications
We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, real-time backend systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement high-performance backend APIs using Django / DRF
- Build and optimize real-time data pipelines for call / quality metrics
- Develop secure integrations with external services
- Troubleshoot SIP / VoIP issues using packet captures and logs
- Containerize workloads with Docker and contribute to CI / CD
- Apply distributed-systems patterns for scale and fault tolerance
- Model data in PostgreSQL and MongoDB and maintain migration discipline
