About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on programming experience, and a keen interest in maintaining and enhancing production applications. This role combines technical development skills with operational support responsibilities to ensure application stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

What youll do :

  • Analyze, debug, and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
  • Develop fixes, enhancements, and small feature changes in applications written in Node.js and Java.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and application stability.
  • Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring problems.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for application workflows, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Support release activities, deployments, and version upgrades across environments.

What makes you a fit :

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in application support and development.
  • Strong programming knowledge in Node.js and Java.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL) for querying, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Working knowledge of Git, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
  • Exposure to Linux / Unix environments, scripting, and log analysis.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bonus points if you have :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
