Project Manager (17 / 10 / 2025)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at 2Base Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations, ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth, training, and on-the-job delivery.
• Oversee and guide project teams, including internal staff, external vendors, and contractors, ensuring effective resource utilization.
• Govern development, design, integration, and testing activities, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Evaluate and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of different project components.
