AjnaLens is looking for a Hardware Validation Engineer (HVE) to join our Hardware Engineering Team at Thane (Maharashtra – India) .
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with 4–6 years of experience in hardware validation, functional testing, electrical testing, hardware–firmware interface evaluation, and end-to-end execution of validation plans. This role offers the opportunity to work across the complete hardware development cycle, ensuring that our next-generation AR / VR products and smart glasses meet world-class performance, reliability, and quality standards.

- Develop and execute comprehensive validation test plans for new hardware modules, subsystems, and full device assemblies.
- Perform functional, electrical, and interface-level testing , ensuring accurate hardware behaviour under diverse operating conditions.
- Validate firmware-driven features , collaborating closely with the firmware team to test functionality, stability, and system-level integration.
Minimum Work Experience Required :
4–6 years of hands-on experience in hardware validation, testing, embedded systems, or electronics product qualification—preferably in consumer electronics, wearables, AR / VR devices, or embedded hardware environments.

Strong experience in functional and electrical testing of embedded systems and hardware modules.Proficiency in creating validation plans, test cases, and test reports .Hands-on expertise with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, power analyzers, and protocol analyzers .Solid understanding of hardware–firmware interfaces , communication protocols, and system-level interactions.Ability to analyze failures, perform root cause investigation, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.Full-Stack Awareness :
