- Support & Monitor – SAP Systems
- Supporting Service Now tickets
- Administration of SAP systems
- Installation and Configurations of SAP Applications
- Strong commitment to following SDLC / Change-Management principles
- Self-starter and able to perform work under supervisory direction
- Knowledge of data quality, data management, and data testing strategies and practices
- Able to communicate efficiently and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Anticipate and handle critical situations.
