Technical Expertise

8–12 years of hands-on experience in Pega platform development

Pega Smart Investigate 8.X experience is mandatory

Strong understanding of PRPC Integration Services : Rule-Connects / Services, Activities, Declarative Processing

Skilled in REST APIs, JSON , and Kafka Topics & Data Flows

Experience in designing and implementing complex systems and business processes using Pega

Functional Skills

Proven experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments

Strong grasp of Client-Server and Digital Applications

Familiarity with Agile methodology and best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation

Ability to ensure quality across technical and application architecture

Soft Skills

Influences cross-functional teams with deep technical insights

Self-motivated and proactive – able to drive initiatives independently

Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior and executive stakeholders

Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
