Key responsibilities :

1. Own the end-to-end training and engagement strategy for vendors and supervisors across categories viz. Intracity & intercity

2. Manage training centres, trainers, and curriculum delivery ensuring standardization across geographies.

3. Conduct periodic audits, refreshers, and feedback sessions to bridge gaps in vendor performance.

4. Work with operations and vendor management teams to align training with business goals and customer experience.

5. Measure outcomes like vendor certification, NPS improvement, service quality scores, and partner retention

Skills :

1. Design & Deliver Training Programs – Ability to build and run impactful training and engagement initiatives.

2. Analytical Skills – Proficiency in Google Sheets and ability to build analyses with limited support.

3. Team Leadership – Strong people management and collaboration skills.

4. Process Building – Capability to design, implement, and scale processes from scratch.

5. Operational Excellence – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
