Sr Software Eng Manager

As a Sr. Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the company. You will lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in developing and executing engineering strategies that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.

You will report directly to the Engineering Director, and you’ll work out of our Bangalore location on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements.
• Set the technical vision and long-term roadmap for multiple teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and product vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on complex Architectural designs, code quality and mentorship to team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Act as a escalation point for production / customer issues and lead the team through resolution in timely manner.
