Job Description – Cluster Sales Manager
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for your assigned cluster, covering vehicle sales, accessories, finance, insurance, and exchange program
- Track lead generation, walk-ins, test rides, and conversions at store level; coach Store Managers & Sales Associates on improving funnel efficiency
- Ensure superior customer journey from inquiry to delivery, including timely resolution of complaints.
- Conduct regular audits across stores for adherence to SOPs in product display, test ride management, hygiene, branding, and CRM usage
- Oversee last-mile logistics for smooth and timely deliveries
- Manage performance of Store Managers and Sales Associates within your cluster
- Provide on-ground training, motivation, and ensure adherence to sales KPI
- Conduct daily / weekly reviews to track progress and identify areas of improvement
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and customer offers at a local level
- Share insights with the Area Sales Manager to refine sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain regular reporting of sales, leads, inventory status, and operational gap
Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in sales / retail operations, preferablyin automo
bile sector
Strong people management and coaching skill.Ability to analyze sales data and drive execution at ground levelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for the EV industry and customer-centric mindsetCompensation & Benefits
CTC : Up to ₹40,000 per monthPerformance-based incentives.
