Description

We are seeking a skilled Vibrator Operator to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating loaders and other heavy machinery, demonstrating a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including Vibrator Operator, excavators, and other earth-moving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate operations and meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times during operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in operating heavy machinery, specifically loader equipment.
• Valid operator's license or certification for heavy machinery operations.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on loader machinery.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
