We're Hiring – Indian Chefs | The Machan Resort, Lonavala

The Machan Resort, a leading eco-luxury destination in Lonavala, is looking for passionate and skilled Indian Cuisine Chefs to join our culinary brigade. If you thrive in creating authentic flavours and delivering memorable dining experiences, we would like to connect with you.

Open Position :

  • Chef de Partie (CDP) / Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) / Commis I / Commis II

Location : The Machan Resort, Lonavala

Salary : Up to ₹35,000 (based on food trial and experience)

Benefits : Complimentary Food & Accommodation

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes with consistency and creativity.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold The Machan's commitment to sustainable and exceptional hospitality.

    • Candidate Profile :

  • Prior experience in Indian cuisine (resort / hospitality background preferred).
  • Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
  • Commitment to delivering excellence in guest experience.
