Oracle EBS Techno Functional -CRM

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation, customization, and support activities across CRM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional understanding along with hands-on technical expertise in Oracle EBS CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Work on Oracle EBS CRM modules such as Service Contracts, Field Service, iSupport, Teleservice, Install Base, Depot Repair, and Sales .

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design, develop, and support RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Perform setups, configurations, and functional testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, SCM, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.
