Role Overview

We’re seeking a

Senior MEP BIM Coordination Lead

to drive end-to-end model coordination across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on high-scale, complex projects. You will own the federation and integration of MEP models, resolve multi-disciplinary conflicts, and push BIM delivery from schematic design (LOD 200) to as-built (LOD 500). If you’re someone who thrives on solving complex coordination challenges and building BIM workflows that scale, this is the role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coordination across

HVAC, Electrical, and PHE

disciplines, integrating with architecture and structure to deliver

clash-free, federated models

Drive the development and enforcement of

BEP

LOD / LOI standards

, and modelling protocols in compliance with

ISO 19650

Perform advanced

clash detection

and manage resolution workflows using

Navisworks

Revit

, and

Autodesk Civil 3D

(for service corridors, site utilities, and infrastructure tie-ins).

Orchestrate coordination meetings, issue tracking, and sign-off cycles with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Support GFC and shop-drawing production, ensuring all deliverables are model-driven and aligned with project BEP.

Integrate site-level data and updates into BIM workflows, validate as-built information, and manage model revisions during construction.

Mentor and guide discipline engineers, elevating modelling quality, process discipline, and coordination efficiency across the team.

What we're looking for

5+ years

of hands-on BIM coordination experience in

MEP systems

on

large-scale projects

— at least one among

hospitals, mixed-use towers, luxury hotels, commercial complexes, or residential developments

in

India or the UAE

Deep expertise in

Revit MEP

Navisworks Manage

, and

Civil 3D

for coordination, model federation, and infrastructure integration.

Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary BIM coordination workflows and delivering

LOD 300–500 models and drawings.

Strong understanding of services integration, spatial planning, constructability, and site-to-model alignment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead coordination reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
