Job responsibilities :
Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.
Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
Leading and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
Recording, processing, and reconciling transactions in various foreign currencies using appropriate software and accounting principles.
Job specification :
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with Tally and MS Office.
Experience - 7 yrs
