Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Principal. The Principal will oversee the daily operations of the school, including academic programs, student services, and staff management. Responsibilities include supervising faculty and staff, implementing educational policies, promoting a positive school culture, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. Additionally, the Principal will work closely with parents, community members, and the school board to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience in educational leadership and administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Knowledge of educational policies and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field;

Master's degree preferred
