As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition with strong experience in bulk hiring, sales recruitment, and campus programs to join our core HR team.

Role Overview

This role involves end-to-end ownership of bulk and campus hiring , primarily for sales and business roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who enjoys managing large-scale hiring drives, engaging with placement cells, and building strong pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead bulk recruitment drives for sales and field roles across multiple regions.
• Manage campus recruitment programs - outreach, pre-placement talks, coordination, and execution.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring sales hiring needs.
• Partner with leadership to understand headcount plans and execute hiring strategies.
• Manage sourcing channels, recruitment vendors, and campus tie-ups.
• Maintain dashboards, hiring MIS, and weekly reporting for management.
• Drive employer branding initiatives on campus and online.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies for freshers and entry-level sales roles.
• Ensure seamless coordination from candidate screening to onboarding.
