Senior Manager - Sales & Business Development - This is a work from home role but at the same time we need the candidate to be open to travelling. This role will require them to travel within their own city as well as to other cities so we need them to be open to that.

We work with design clients across India and globally to deliver exceptional creative solutions that drive business results. As they scale their operations, we are looking for a seasoned sales and business development professional to lead growth initiatives, deepen client relationships, and expand our market presence. We are looking for someone who could help us drive sponsorships across design, lifestyle and luxury markets.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our business growth efforts in the media and design industry.

The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of securing high-value clients, navigating complex sales cycles, and building strategic partnerships within creative, design, and media environments.

It is an absolute must that the candidate has worked within the design, media, and luxury landscape, with a deep understanding of brand and creative solutions.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked on IPs and large-scale initiatives, and who brings both strategic thinking and executional drive to the table..

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Bring in sponsorships and partners for IPs and special initiatives.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, marketing heads, and creative leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's services and effectively position offerings to meet client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and sales strategies in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams.
  • Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape sales strategies, forecasts, and revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or

related field.

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven experience in sales and business development within media, creative agencies, design studios, or content-led environments.
  • Strong network of industry contacts across design, luxury and lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Experience working closely with creative and strategy teams is a strong advantage.
