The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent level of customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our customers
Key Responsibilities : -
Respond to customer questions and issues via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
Manage post-sales support including order tracking, installation updates, service requests, and warranty queries and maintain thorough record.
Provide excellent guidance to the customers regarding product usage, maintenance, and warranty terms.
Follow up with customers to make sure their issue is fully resolved and they’re satisfied with the support.
Requirements : -
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are also welcome.
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
