Qualification : Minimum B.Com / BMS

Experience : 1 to 5 years

Job Responsibilities :

• Daily booking of travel, admin, and expense vouchers
• Bank receipt and payment entries
• Preparation of petty cash statements and handling foreign payments
• Weekly MIS reporting to relevant departments
• Statutory liability calculations, challan payments, and return filings
• Booking of purchase / sales e-invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
• Proficiency in Tally and Excel for MIS reporting
• GLA entries and inter-company ledger reconciliation
• Handling corporate credit card, mobile / electricity bills, mutual funds, and salary entries
• Monthly balance sheet preparation, ledger scrutiny, and profit & loss account finalization
