Job Description :
- 3-10 years of experience in US Staffing and Recruitment acquiring direct clients in Sales and Business Development (and not Tier1 vendors or implementation partners).
- Possess a wealth of experience in cold calling and deal-making.
- Possess a track record of establishing and attaining challenging goals.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of Non IT fields.
- Management of new opportunities, both new and existing ones, including future activity forecasting, service offering expansion, and investigation of new opportunities within current clients / new clients.
- Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
- Should be able to work independently work - end to end in pursuing placements / revenue targets.
- Expert level technical recruitment skills.
- Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
- Ability to develop and make compelling presentations to potential partners and senior executive teams.
- Consistent over achievement of quota and revenue goals
- Experience leading comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and execution
