As an HR Recruiter at FZTA, you will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple premium clients across World.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ End-to-End Recruitment

Understanding job requirements & client needs

Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala & FZTA Database

Screening & shortlisting relevant profiles

Scheduling interviews with candidates & clients

Regular follow-ups till final selection & joining

2️⃣ Client Coordination

Regular communication with hiring managers

Sharing shortlisted profiles & feedback

Ensuring smooth hiring process

3️⃣ Candidate Management

Candidate counselling & engagement

Offer rollout & joining coordination

Maintaining recruitment data & reports
